Order and Returns Policy
All products, except as noted below, are not returnable once opened. Manufacturers warranties and return policies vary and we encourage the Customer to understand each manufacturers return policy before ordering any product, including DOAs (Dead-On-Arrivals), defective returns and product technical support. Fox Network Systems does not accept returns at its facilities unless authorized in writing in advance of a return. All returns require an RMA to be issued before a return is authorized; all returns without an RMA to Fox Network Systems or any manufacturer will be refused. Shipment shortages or damaged items must be reported in writing to Fox Network Systems within five (5) days of order receipt.
Many Avocent products have an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee, less shipping charges, for all undamaged equipment in original boxes with all manuals, software, connectors, cables, boards and other materials. Any Avocent products that may be returned require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Customers may request an RMA from Fox Network Systerms during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Failure to return all material undamaged in original condition in original cartons, even with an RMA, will result in charges up to the full purchase price of the item(s) being returned. Any order that has not shipped may be cancelled without charge by calling Fox Network Systems prior to shipment*.
Products from all manufacturers other than Avocent may be returned according to the Manufacturers Return Policy. Fox Network Systems will work with the Customer and its distributors and suppliers for a Customer requested return of product within the specified time period mandated by the Supplier/Manufacturer, if allowed. All returns must be prepaid by the Customer to the Manufacturers specified offices or receiving warehouses. Do not return product to Fox Network Systems, unless authorized in writing.
All software products, without exception, are non-returnable.
Media replacement policies vary by Manufacturer. Customers should check with
each manufacturer for its replacement policy for defective media.

*- Shipment of products by Avocent or Fox Network Systems Distributors is not under the direct control of Fox Network Systems and cancellation of a shipment may not always be possible even if a customer cancels the order before a product is actually shipped. Fox Network Systems will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before shipment if requested by the Customer.
