The new C-Station from 2C Computing delivers the ultimate solution in extension products with the maximum quality. Extending the architecture of you key systems, the C-Station allows you to extend the bus of your critical systems have the video card and key devices at a remote location while your systems, hard drives and sensitive devices remain secure, up to hundreds of meters away.
Extension Technology without Quality Loss
The C-Station takes extension to the next level. Now backracked systems do not suffer video degradation since the video card is at the desktop while the computer is in the back room.! Each C-Station has two USB connections at the remote C-Station so you can plug USB devices at the remote location. Get the options security tab and secure the remote C-Station for tampering.
Copper or Fiber, PCI Expansion
C-Stations come in both copper (Cat-5, Cat-5E, and Cat-6) or fiber units. You can choose a PCI expansion slot or not. The units with a PCI expansion slot have an internal power supply while the non-PCI expansion units have a smaller footprint with an external power supply. Since both types of units have no internal fans, the units are absolutely quiet and can be placed in hostile environments, on the manufacturing floor, in outer offices without risk or threat to the system, its hard drives or processors.

Video - 1, 2 or 4 DisplaysC-Stations can be configured to support 1, 2 or 4 displays at the remote location using one of several Matrox cards. You can even configure the remote station to support 4 displays with a TV Tuner built-in. Then choose remote expansion with one of the several expansion cards. |
