When you need to move video, keyboard and mouse to a remote location, up to
500' from the computer, the Avocent LongView is the simpliest and easiest
product to use. A single Cat-5 cable carries all the signals to the remote
location. Ask for the LongView 220 (keyboard, monitor and mouse) or the
Longview 420 (keyboard, monitor, mouse and audio).
Extension with Local Access- When you also need local access to the computer, so it can be used local or remotely, the LongView Companion is the right solution for the job. Identical to the LongView extender expect there are local connections for a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and (optionally) audio.
